product goes through careful quality checks before it reaches you. However, we understand that sometimes a size may not be quite right, or an issue may occur — and we’re here to support you.
We currently offer exchanges only, under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange
To ensure a smooth and fair process, exchanges are accepted only if:
● The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact
● The exchange request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
● A proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation email, or receipt) is provided
● The product was purchased directly from our official website: www.velorrea.com

 

Important Guidelines
● We offer exchanges only — refunds are not available at this time
● A ₹250 shipping and handling fee applies for size, color, or preference-based exchanges
● Exchanges are not eligible for:
○ Change of mind
○ Natural product variations (as minor differences in color, weave, or texture may
occur in cotton-based fabrics)
○ Items purchased during sale or discount offers
○ International orders (outside India)

 

In Case of Defects or Incorrect Fit
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or significant sizing issue:
● Please contact us with clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery
● After review and approval, we’ll arrange an exchange
● In such cases, shipping charges may be waived at our discretion

 

Why We Follow These Guidelines
We follow a quality-first and sustainable production model. To maintain hygiene standards and avoid unnecessary environmental impact, we do not resell returned items. This helps us ensure that every customer receives a fresh, untouched product — and allows us to continue offering you high-quality cotton wear at fair pricing.
